Basic Informations

1.      KKPR is a document that indicates your company’s location has been aligned with the specified area

2.      KKPR, previously referred to as ‘Address Permit,’ is a basic requirement that the company must fulfill.

3.      KKPR proves that the company’s location is aligned with the designated area. For example: the textile industry is located in the industrial zone, and the residential complex is located in the residential area

4.      Companies without the KKPR document may affect the company’s subsequent environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval and other related business permits. This means that the company cannot operate at the location before obtaining the KKPR document.

5.      To process the KKPR, an on-site inspection is required, such as:

·       The company’s address has been registered in the RDTR.

·       The following conditions are not met:

a.      The company is located within a special economic zone or industrial park.

b.      The company’s location is necessary for the expansion of existing operations, and the land is adjacent to locations with the same spatial name for business and/or activities.

c.      The company’s location has already been granted a KKPR document by another company.

d.      The business and/or activity location is within a government-designated oil and gas business area; and/or

e.      The company’s location can be authorized by the relevant departments in accordance with land use planning.

·       A letter of explanation from the headquarters land office must be submitted with an official fee.

6.      OSS account and password

7.      ID card, passport, and tax card of the chairman or supervisor

8.      Coordinates of the land boundaries

9.      Land certificate (purchase agreement)/lease agreement

10.    Land area planning

11.    Business type information

12.    Site plan of the land and building

13.    Building permit (IMB / PBG)

14.    Building qualification certificate (SLF)
