1. KKPR is a document that confirms your company’s location is consistent with the designated zone. 2. KKPR, formerly known as “Address Permit,” is a basic condition that the company must meet. 3. KKPR verifies that the company’s location aligns with the designated zone. For example, textile industry companies are located in industrial zones, and residential complexes are located in residential zones. 4. Companies without a KKPR document may face issues in obtaining subsequent environmental impact assessments (EIA) and other relevant operating permits. This means that a company cannot conduct business at that location until it has obtained the KKPR document. 5. Companies are not required to conduct a site inspection or pay official fees if they meet the following conditions: (1) The company’s address is already registered in the RDTR (Spatial Planning Regulation). (2) If not registered in the RDTR, the KKPR can be approved if one of the following conditions is met: a. The company is located in an economic zone or industrial park. b. The company’s location is necessary for the expansion of an existing business, and the land is adjacent to areas with the same zoning and/or business activities. c. Other companies at the same location have obtained a KKPR document. d. The business and/or activity site is located in a government-designated oil and gas business area; and/or e. The company’s location is in line with the land use plan as determined by the relevant authorities.
