The Environmental Monitoring and Management Implementation Report is an obligatory report for enterprises that have obtained environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval. The main content of the report is the company's environmental management and monitoring activities, submitted to the regulatory agencies (KLHK Ministry of Environment or DLH local environmental agency). It is reported once every 6 months.

Basic Informations

1. The Environmental Monitoring and Management Implementation Report is an obligatory report for enterprises that have obtained environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval. The main content of the report is the company’s environmental management and monitoring activities, submitted to the regulatory agencies (KLHK Ministry of Environment or DLH local environmental agency). It is reported once every 6 months.

2. Failure to submit this report will result in administrative penalties, up to the revocation of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval letter.
