Mining service companies carry out mining service activities through the following types of businesses: 1. General survey 2. Exploration 3. Feasibility study 4. Mining construction/construction 5. Transportation 6. Mining environment 7. Post-reclaimed and mining work 8. Safety of working environment in mines 9. Mining 3. IUJP is valid for 5 years. 4. Please note: 1. A company cannot own IUP-OPK and IUJP at the same time. * (A new company must be set up) 2. Foreigners cannot become mine owners unless they buy the shares of Indonesian mine owners (all shares cannot be purchased, with proportional requirements) 3. Before applying for IUJP, the enterprise needs to prepare relevant engineers and machine and equipment certificates
