According to BPOM regulations, all companies engaged in the production and distribution of cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, and health supplements in Indonesia must have a PJT (Technical Responsible Person), who is responsible for matters related to product distribution, including warehouse audits, product certification, and daily operations. 2. Qualification Requirements for the Technical Responsible Person: – Must be an Indonesian citizen – Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy – Must possess a valid Practice License (SIPA) 3. Main Responsibilities of the Technical Responsible Person: – Handle matters related to BPOM warehouse audits – Carry out and record product procurement, receiving, storage, and distribution in accordance with applicable regulations – Ensure the quality and safety of products – Coordinate with internal departments to manage administrative affairs with relevant government agencies – Prepare and compile warehouse management reports 4. This service is valid for one year and can be renewed; renewed requires prior communication and confirmation. 5. A PJT (Technical Responsible Person) is required to apply for the following certifications for cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, and health supplements: – BPOM Cosmetics Certification – BPOM Food Certification – BPOM Pharmaceutical and Health Supplement Certification |
