Import Actual Report
The actual import report is the actual import report made after registering as an importer (already having an INSW account).
Basic Informations

1.      The actual import report is the actual import report made after registering as an importer (already having an INSW account).

2.      The company must submit the actual import report in the following 3 situations:

a.      For companies with PI import approval letters (quotas), the system will automatically reduce the quota by reporting the actual import report

b.      Companies with other special import qualifications (except PI quotas and import recommendation letters) use other import qualifications to prove the actual import situation. In this case, there is no quota reduction

c.      Companies that do not require special import qualifications use PIB import notifications to prove the actual import situation. In this case, there is no quota reduction

3.      The company must report monthly, and it is recommended to report no later than the 10th of the next month. For example: In January 2024, the company has imported products to Indonesia (PIB import notifications and SPPB shipment approval letters have been issued at the end of January 2024), then the actual import report must be submitted no later than February 10, 2024.

4.      If the actual import report is not submitted, then:

a.      The Ministry of Trade will be able to suspend the PI import approval letter (quota)

b.      For import qualifications issued by other departments, the company cannot apply for new import qualifications
