Surveyor Report (LS)
The Surveyor Report is a supplementary document required during customs clearance. In order to obtain a surveyor report, the imported goods must be inspected by a surveyor at a designated location in the country of origin.
Import Approval Letter
Before the company imports products into Indonesia, it must pay attention to the customs code of the product, because some products require special permits, one of which is the PI import approval letter.
Origin Certification
Certificate of Origin (SKA) is used to prove the origin of goods and prove that the goods come from the exporting country.
Import Actual Report
The actual import report is the actual import report made after registering as an importer (already having an INSW account).
BAPETEN Import License
The BAPETEN import license is a mandatory permit that importers must obtain before importing radiation medical devices. This license also ensures that the imported radiation medical devices meet BAPETEN's safety standards. Radiation medical devices refer to equipment that emits radiation during use, such as X-rays, CT scans, etc. A single certificate can only include up to 5 product types, with an import quota for each type.
BAPETEN Transfer License
The BAPETEN Transfer License is a mandatory permit that distributors must obtain before distributing radiation medical devices. This license ensures that the radiation medical devices comply with BAPETEN’s safety standards and guarantees that the products can be safely sold. Radiation medical devices refer to equipment that emits radiation during use, such as X-rays, CT scans, etc.
