1. The Building Compliance Certificate (SLF) is a certificate issued by the local government, applicable to completed buildings, confirming that the building meets functional suitability requirements. Obtaining the SLF is a necessary condition for the building to be put into use. 2. The SLF must be applied for when the building is 100% completed and ready for use. 3. The purpose of the SLF is to ensure the building meets existing standards and to enhance the property’s value. 4. If the SLF is not obtained, the building may be subject to administrative penalties or fines by the local government, as it indicates non-compliance with relevant regulations. 5. The validity period of the SLF varies depending on the building’s purpose: a. For factories, the SLF is valid for 5 years, after which re-application is required. b. For warehouses, the SLF is valid for 10 years, after which re-application is required. |
