Building Qualification Upgrade

The construction representative office BUJKA and the foreign-funded construction company PT PMA can directly apply for B-level qualification without upgrading from K-level.

Basic Informations

1. The construction representative office BUJKA and the foreign-funded construction company PT PMA can directly apply for B-level qualification without upgrading from K-level.

2. Qualification upgrades can only be applied for by local construction companies.

3. As long as the net assets and performance contract meet the requirements of qualification upgrade, local construction companies can directly apply for upgrade.

4. Local construction companies cannot skip the level when applying for qualification upgrade:

a. From K to M

b. From M to B

5. Each qualification upgrade will require SKK of technical specialists at different levels.

6. The conditions for applying for construction qualification upgrade are as follows:

8. Personal photo of directors

9. Performance contract for the past 9 years

10. Audit report for nearly 2 years

11. Cost calculation plan RAB

12. Completion Report BAST

13. Equipment list

14. Technical Specialist Certificate SKK

15. Membership Certificate of Construction Association KTA

16. Building Qualification Certificate SBU
