1.      Construction enterprises refer to enterprises engaged in building installation and construction activities. Services include: civil construction construction, equipment installation and supply, mechanical construction, civil construction, etc. The above services also include industrial construction services, equipment installation services, mine construction, railways, highways, bridges and other construction tasks.

2.      Foreign-funded construction companies can only be in the form of joint ventures. Foreign and local shareholders must be construction companies. Foreign capital cannot account for more than 67% of the shares, and the local joint venture must account for at least 33% of the shares. The joint venture must be a local B-grade construction company in Indonesia and have the construction qualification corresponding to the business scope of the joint venture subsidiary.

3.      The SBU applied by BUJKA and PT PMA are B-grade, and the SBU applied by the local construction company is K, M and B (the highest construction qualification level in Indonesia). These three entities have different application conditions for applying for SBU:

1. BUJKA

a. (Parent Company) Net Asset Requirements: 35 Billion Rupiah (About 15.75 Million RMB)

b. (Parent Company) Performance Contract Requirements: 100 Billion Rupiah (About 45 Million RMB)

c. A Head of The Representative Office (PJBU) Is Required to be Concurrently Held by the Chief Representative

d. At Least One Technical Leader (PJT) With a SKK Certificate

e. Each qualification classification must have at least one person in charge (PJSK) and have a SKK certificate

2. PT PMA

a. (Local) Net Asset Requirements: 25 Billion Rupiah (About 11.25 Million RMB)

b. (Local) Performance Contract Requirements: 50 Billion Rupiah (About 22.5 Million RMB)

c. A Representative Office (PJBU) is required to be concurrently held by the director of the company.

d. At least one technical leader (PJT) with a SKK certificate

e. Each qualification classification must have at least one person in charge (PJSK) and have a SKK certificate

3. PT PMDN

a. (Local B) Net Asset Requirements: 25 Billion Rupiah (About 11.25 Million RMB)

b. (Local M) Net Asset Requirements: 2 Billion Rupiah (About 900,000 RMB)

c. (Local K) Net Asset Requirements: 300 Million Rupiah (About 150,000 RMB)

d. (Local B) Performance Contract Requirements: 50 Billion Rupiah (About 25 Million RMB)

e. (Local M) Performance Contract Requirements: more than 2.5 Billion Rupiah (About 1.3 Million RMB)

f. (Local K) Performance Contract Requirements: less than 2.5 Billion Rupiah (About 1.3 Million RMB)

g. A representative office head (PJBU) is required to be concurrently held by the director of the company

h. At least one technical person in charge (PJT) with a SKK certificate

i. Each qualification classification must have at least one person in charge (PJSK) and have a SKK certificate

4.      Before applying for the SBU, you must register with the Construction Association and obtain the membership certificate KTA of the Construction Association.

5.      When applying for SBU, you must submit an ISO 37001 certificate (anti-bribery management system) and a list of engineering equipment.

6.      The service includes submitting application for construction materials and equipment information on the SIMPK system (equipment provided by the customer)

7.      The service is included in submitting an application performance contract on the SIMPAN system (the performance contract provided by the customer)
