1. DELH is for companies that have already started operations but do not yet have an AMDAL report 2. Applying DELH if the following situations are found: a. The company has started / is in progress / has completed construction outside the industrial park, but has not yet completed the environmental impact assessment (EIA) qualification; b. The company has started operations or production outside the industrial park, but does not yet have the EIA qualification; c. The company has started operations or production outside the industrial park and has the EIA qualification, but during the environmental department audit, it is found that the EIA qualification no longer matches the actual situation. 3. Precautions for applying DELH: a. The company must be located in an industrial zone, and it is necessary to apply for a change in land use to the relevant government departments; b. Before submitting the DELH report, two documents are required: a sanction letter from the Environmental Department’s Enforcement Bureau and a guidance letter from the Environmental Department. 4. The validity period of the DELH approval document is based on the condition that the company is still in operation or the conditions remain consistent with the DELH report. 5. After completing DELH, there is no need to carry out the AMDAL environmental impact assessment. |
