DELH is for companies that have already started operations but do not yet have an AMDAL report

Basic Informations

1. DELH is for companies that have already started operations but do not yet have an AMDAL report

2. Applying DELH if the following situations are found:

a. The company has started / is in progress / has completed construction outside the industrial park, but has not yet completed the environmental impact assessment (EIA) qualification;

b. The company has started operations or production outside the industrial park, but does not yet have the EIA qualification;

c. The company has started operations or production outside the industrial park and has the EIA qualification, but during the environmental department audit, it is found that the EIA qualification no longer matches the actual situation.

3. Precautions for applying DELH:

a. The company must be located in an industrial zone, and it is necessary to apply for a change in land use to the relevant government departments;

b. Before submitting the DELH report, two documents are required: a sanction letter from the Environmental Department’s Enforcement Bureau and a guidance letter from the Environmental Department.

4. The validity period of the DELH approval document is based on the condition that the company is still in operation or the conditions remain consistent with the DELH report.

5. After completing DELH, there is no need to carry out the AMDAL environmental impact assessment.

1. Company Articles of Association and amendments (if any)

2. Ministry of Justice approval letter and amendments (if any)

3. Business Registration Certificate (NIB)

4. Company Tax Card (NPWP)

5. OSS account and password

6. ID cards, passports, KITAS, tax cards, and phone numbers of directors and commissioners

7. Land and building status and information (lease/purchase)

8. Land lease contract/land sale agreement (PPJB)/land sale deed (AJB)/land certificate

9. Building lease contract/building permit (PBG) & SLF (Building Safety Certificate) (if any)

10. Company profile (including organizational structure)

11. Factory construction dispatch letter/appointment letter (SPK) before February 2021

12. Factory floor plan (DED / SITE PLAN)

13. Chinese environmental impact assessment report (if related technical issues are consistent with Indonesia, if any)

14. Technical information form (provided by ShanHaiMap)

15. Sanction letter from the Ministry of Environment (if any)

16. Guidance letter from the Ministry of Environment (if any)
