The Environmental Management Statement letter (SPPL) is a declaration of the company's management and its ability to monitor environmental impacts. This company is not required to carry out AMDAL or UKL-UPL procedures.
Basic Informations

1.      The Environmental Management Statement letter (SPPL) is a declaration of the company’s management and its ability to monitor environmental impacts. This company is not required to carry out AMDAL or UKL-UPL procedures.

2.      SPPL is intended for companies that do not have a significant impact on the environment and are not suitable for the conditions of AMDAL or UKL-UPL.

3.      The scale of environmental impact is determined by the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 4 of 2021.

4.      Before applying for SPPL, the company’s plan must align with the designated business area, as evidenced by the KKPR business area license certificate.

5.      As long as the company is still in operation and no changes have been made, the SPPL will remain valid.

2.      Ministry of Justice approval letter and amendments (if any)

3.      Business Identification Number (NIB)

4.      Standard Certificate SS/Business License IZIN (if any)

5.      Company Tax Identification Number (NPWP)

6.      OSS account and password

7.      KKPR documents

8.      IDs, passports, KITAS, tax cards, and phone numbers of directors and commissioners

9.      Land and building conditions and information (lease/purchase)

10.    Land lease agreement/land sale agreement (PPJB)/land sale deed (AJB)/land certificate

11.    Building lease agreement (if any)

12.    Names, types, images, and quantities of products produced
