1.      ISO 20001:2018 is an internationally recognized IT service management system standard, supervised by the Indonesian National Accreditation Board.

2.      ISO 20001:2018 can be applied to enterprises of all types of industries.

3.      The role of ISO 20001:2018:

1.      Standardize IT service management processes, optimize operational efficiency and cost control;

2.      Strengthen service delivery quality and improve customer satisfaction;

3.      Continuously improve services and mechanisms to promote business innovation and expansion;

4.      Establish prevention and emergency response mechanisms and improve risk management capabilities;

5.      Enhance corporate credibility and market competitiveness.

4.      It is recommended that enterprises start applying for ISO 20001:2018 certification after having preliminary team and workflow standards.

5.      Employee training and on-site review are required during the ISO 20001:2018 application process.

6.      The ISO 20001:2018 certificate is valid for 3 years. It is recommended to apply for a new one 4 months before the expiration date.

7.      ISO 20001:2018 must be reviewed annually and must be applied for 4 months before the expiration date.
