ISO 45001:2018 has officially replaced OHSAS 18001 as the global unified occupational health and safety management system standard. This update marks a more systematic and preventive step for organizations in managing workplace health and safety. 4. The role of having ISO 45001:2018: 1. Establish a clear responsibility mechanism; 2. Integrate risk control into daily operations; 3. Involve employees in safety management and enhance a sense of belonging; 4. Provide institutional guarantees for enterprises to respond to emergencies; 5. Reflect the importance of enterprises to social responsibility; 6.
