1.      ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized quality management system standard, supervised by the Indonesian National Accreditation Board.

2.      ISO 9001:2015 can be applied to enterprises of all types of industries.

3.      ISO 9001:2015 Functions:

1.      Improve enterprise operational efficiency;

2.      Maintain enterprise standardized workflow and improve product and service quality;

3.      Strengthen internal management of enterprises, stabilize business operations, and reduce technical or quality fluctuations caused by personnel changes.

4.      It is recommended that enterprises apply for ISO 9001:2015 certification after they have preliminary team and workflow standards.

5.      Employee training and on-site review are required during the ISO 9001:2015 application process.

6.      The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is valid for 3 years. It is recommended to apply for a new one 4 months before the expiration date.

7.      ISO 9001:2015 must be reviewed annually and must be applied for 4 months before the expiration date.
