Certificate of Origin (SKA) is used to prove the origin of goods and prove that the goods come from the exporting country.
Basic Informations

1.      Certificate of Origin (SKA) is used to prove the origin of goods and prove that the goods come from the exporting country.

2.      There are two types of certificates of origin (SKA)

a.      Preferential form (tariffs, most-favored-nation/WTO tariffs, preferential prices can be reduced or exempted according to the regulations of the destination country)

b.  Non-preferential form (no relevant exemptions can be obtained in the destination country)

3.      Applying for a preferential form of SKA will be based on the destination country.

4.      The types of SKA that can be applied for without preferential treatment are as follows:

5.      The validity period of the SKA certificate will be based on the type and destination country, and can only be used once within the specified time, so as not to expire the SKA certificate and need to be re-issued.

For example: Type A, destination country Australia, according to relevant regulations, the validity period is 10 months (from the issuance of the relevant department). If Type A is issued in January 2023, this SKA certificate must be used before November 2023, otherwise it will expire and need to be re-issued.
