Basic Informations

1.      Toxic and hazardous waste B3 Technical approval is an approval by the government that states that companies handling toxic and harmful waste B3 must comply with standards for environmental protection and management

2.      If a company handles toxic and harmful waste B3 on its own without the technical approval documents for toxic and harmful waste B3, the company’s environmental technical approval will not be approved by the government, and it will not be allowed to carry out production operations.

3.      If there are no significant changes in the handling of toxic and harmful waste B3, the technical approval documents for toxic and harmful waste B3 remain valid.

4.      Industries that require B3 technical approval:

(1)    Industries handling black lead (Pb)

(2)    Industries handling B3 waste (used lead-acid batteries, used batteries, used oil, contaminated machinery)

5.      If a company only collects B3 waste and uses a third party with existing B3 technical approval for disposal, the company does not need to apply for B3 waste technical approval again. Instead, it only needs to prepare detailed technical documents for the temporary storage of B3 waste.

16.    Development plan for toxic and harmful waste B3 management facilities

17.    Coordinates of the location for storing and managing toxic and harmful waste B3
