1.      The SKK certificate is a technical specialist certificate, which is a key document needed when handling the construction qualification SBU. The SKK certificate is valid for 5 years.

2.      The technical specialist must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of work experience, and must pass the examination before obtaining the technical specialist certificate SKK.

3.      In addition to the need for technical specialists, the construction representative office BUJKA and the foreign construction company PT PMA must have a technical leader PJT.

4.      The number of technical specialist certificates SKK is calculated according to the sub-classification code of the expert position.

5.      Each qualification subcategory needs to be affiliated with at least 1 technical specialist PJSK. However, if the technical specialist PJSK has the same major, one can be shared for every five sub-classes.
