1. Traffic Impact Analysis (ANDALALIN) is a series of research activities conducted to assess the traffic impact of central activity areas, residential areas, and infrastructure development projects. The results are presented in the form of a traffic impact analysis report 2. Activities located within an industrial park do not need to undergo a Traffic Impact Analysis (ANDALALIN), as the management of the industrial park has already completed the relevant analysis. However, activities located outside of the industrial park must undergo a Traffic Impact Analysis (ANDALALIN), as these activities may impact local traffic. 3. ANDALALIN reports are divided into two types: a. Traffic Impact Analysis Report b. Technical Recommendation Report 4. There are two parameters that determine the type of Traffic Impact Analysis (ANDALALIN): a. Activity Type The activity type will determine the kind of Traffic Impact Analysis (ANDALALIN) document that needs to be processed.
b. Road Types Road types will determine the approving authority: · National Road: Ministry of Transportation (Central Government) · Provincial Road: Provincial Department of Transportation · County Road: County Department of Transportation 5. ANDALALIN must be completed before obtaining the SK UKL-UPL or before entering the second stage of AMDAL (ANDAL and RKL-RPL) 6. Traffic Impact Analysis (ANDALALIN) has no expiration date. As long as the company continues to operate and there are no changes in key technical information, there is no need to redo the traffic impact analysis
