Basic Informations

1.      The SLO certificate is a declaration letter indicating that the environmental protection and management standards have been met.

2.      If the company has obtained the wastewater discharge technical approval letter, it must submit a report on the established discharge control measures. This report is drafted after the trial period specified in the technical approval letter has ended.

3.      If the company has not obtained the wastewater discharge qualification certificate, it is not allowed to continue processing the PBG building permit and the SLF inspection certificate.

4.      The validity of the wastewater discharge qualification certificate is unlimited. However, if there is a change in the scope of operations, the company must draft a new technical approval letter and a new wastewater discharge qualification certificate.
